Joseph J. Blake and Associates recently completed appraisals on a portfolio of 32 net leased properties around the country. Coordinated by Blake’s Southwest (Dallas) office, the properties were located in major and secondary markets within 16 states.  Comprising 31 single-tenant and one multi-tenant property, the portfolio totaled nearly 170,000 square feet, with tenants represented by regional and national banking entities, fast food and fast casual restaurants, general retailers, a pharmacy and a telecommunications company.
