6/16/19 Managing Director Colby Brockman, MAI opens office in Metropolitan Phoenix
Longtime Arizona resident and newly appointed Managing Director Colby Brockman, MAI, will head the Scottsdale, Arizona office, expanding Blake’s existing market coverage deeper into the Southwest region. Mr. Brockman began his appraisal career with Blake in 2006, after receiving a bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University. In addition to earning his MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute, Mr. Brockman is a State-Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in Arizona, California, and Nevada, and has in-depth appraisal experience in many of the western states’ real estate markets.

5/01/19 New office opened in San Antonio, Texas
Thomas Beighley, formerly in the Dallas office, will take the reins in the San Antonio, Texas office. An undergraduate of Tulane University, he matriculated at and graduated from the University of New Mexico with an MBA degree, and has been associated with Blake since 2001. He is a State-Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in Texas, Colorado, Georgia and Louisiana, a licensed Texas broker and an advanced candidate for the Appraisal Institute’s MAl designation.

9/03/18 Scott Dugas awarded MAI designation by the Appraisal Institute
Scott Dugas, Director in the Pacific North office of Joseph J. Blake and Associates, was recently awarded the MAI designation by the Appraisal Institute. The MAI designation represents the “gold standard” of qualifications for commercial real estate appraisers throughout the world, requiring a high level of dedication, experience and proficiency.
