Scott Dugas, Director in the Pacific North office of Joseph J. Blake and Associates, was recently awarded the MAI designation by the Appraisal Institute. The MAI designation represents the “gold standard” of qualifications for commercial real estate appraisers throughout the world, requiring a high level of dedication, experience and proficiency. A graduate of the University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, Scott has been an appraiser for approximately 15 years, the last five of which have been with JJB. Scott resides in Martinez, California, with his wife Lauren and two children, a son and daughter. An Eagle Scout, Scott enjoys watching sports in his free time, as a fan of the San Francisco Giants, the 49ers and the San Jose Sharks.
