Blake and Associates recently completed an appraisal on the Shops at North Bridge for an institutional investment manager. A four-story, urban regional shopping center located on Chicago’s “Magnificent Mile,” also known as the “Mag Mile,” North Bridge totals nearly 700,000 square feet over six city blocks, and includes a multi-level, nearly 1,200-space parking garage. Represented as a significant retail property in an area recognized for its high-end shops, North Bridge is anchored by Nordstrom and includes other well-known tenants such as Eataly, Swarovski, Hugo Boss, Stuart Weitzman, Le Creuset and Joe’s Stone Crab.
